There is much more to this island than diving and snorkelling though. The lush rainforests burgeon with endemic life, the 365 rivers feed some impressive waterfalls and the Calinago territory is one of the last bastions of indigenous Carib Indians left. We can arrange a range of day tours to hot springs, lakes, waterfalls, and bird watching. There are great day walks that join up to make a two-week south to north trek too.
There are two excellent resorts for relaxation and pampering, beautiful Jungle Bay on the south, overlooking Soufriere and the Scotts Head peninsula, and the stunning Secret Bay in the north, complete with your own personal host and driver. Soufriere also has a very good value guesthouse that we use, and and Roseau has the 4-star Fort Young Hotel.
