She was constructed in 2009 by one of the most prestigious builders in South Sulawesi. Traditional boat building techniques combined with years of experience in the Indonesian liveaboard industry resulted in this remarkable vessel.
Damai I has been designed to offer highly personalised service for small groups. Up to 12 guests can be superbly accommodated in 7 well-appointed cabins, ranging from single cabins to double cabins to the spacious master cabins. With three large deck areas on board, guests have plenty of space for relaxing in both the sun or shade or for enjoying a massage. Other amenities include flexible menu choices, spa treatments and laundry service.
Specifically designed for divers, the vessel offers large dive stations with individual rinse tanks and a camera room with separate camera workstations with an integrated 110v and 220v charging station for each photographer. Nitrox is available.
Divers will appreciate the diver to dive guide ratio of 4 to 1. As such, guests can expect superb service both above and below the surface. All diving is done from her two tenders.
